Subaru Impreza

     A compact car which came into production in 1993, the Subaru manufactured Impreza actually came in the place of the Leone or Loyale which was discontinued for obvious reasons. With an impressive All Wheel Drive and boxer engine, the Impreza was quite a revelation in power and it came loaded with an impressive range of features. Subaru has come out with its third generation vehicle, the Impreza WRX in 2007, which is quite impressively equipped with a 1.5 or 2.0 litre engine with a power output of 300 hp. Quite a few alterations have been made in this model, with the intercooler for the turbocharger changing places from the top of the engine to its front, which results in better and faster cooling of the car. This new position can also result in a lessened central gravity and moreover, the safety factor too intensifies in a large way.
